We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was simple, had great location down the street to the Bakery. Location: the property was very close to the beach during the hottest part of the day, best restaurants, and Santa Teresa and Malpais. We had early meal in Chop it, based nearby.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay during our vacation. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. the rooms were extremely clean and tidy, with great amenities like climate control, a safe box, and a variety of TV channels. the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was fantastic.

Great-sized and trendy rooms with climate control, an individual safe, and flat-screen TV included. We loved the sea view. - the location in a very nice area was favorable, with stores and a bakery nearby. - the hotel was close to bars and a coffee shop.

I had a very good stay at Hotel Santa Teresa By the Beach. the hotel is gorgeous, located in the center of Santa Teresa, and just 2 minutes from the beautiful beach. the staff was very helpful and competent, fitting for a 4-star property. the location is amazing, right next to the beach and close to many restaurants and bars in Santa Teresa/Playa Carmen.

The bed is really cozy, the bathroom is nice, and you can control the climate in your room. There's also a safe for your valuables and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. the facilities here are totally decent. the location is not too far from the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. 🏖️ Plus, there are good dining options around here too!

the staff was especially helpful and made us feel very comfortable. the double room had a comfortable bed and a big bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. 3. the location is unbeatable, close to Playa Hermosa beach and right in the center of Santa Teresa.
